Hewlett Computer Services LLC strives to provide a transparent and fair cancellation process. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the type of product or service purchased and the current stage of order processing or service delivery.
Customers may request cancellation of a service before work has commenced. Once work has begun or any agreed milestone has been completed, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply for work already performed.
Orders for physical products may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and any return request will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If you have subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not refund services already provided.
For payments made by credit card, debit card, ACH, or eCheck, cancellation requests must be received before payment processing is completed whenever possible. Any approved refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
